What we know thus far…
concept of approach and getting back to recording in analog format.
plans to start recording
in Fall 2026.
Speculation
(2024) Chad had a song they were working on during Full Bloom that wasn’t finished in time for the album to come out called Paradox. If this will come to become a new 311 song, time will tell.
(2026) With the return to analog, the idea is that the band would come together at The Hive and work on the album together rather than record their parts at their individual separate home studios and put it together digitally.
(September 14, 2026) Recording may have started. When 311 Vault opened, they shared a video of Chad at The Hive, thanking the first customer.
